Why we use it
We use data to provide the service, authenticate readers, show public shelves and wanted requests, facilitate barters, send operational emails, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect users and the platform.
Who can see it
Public profile and shelf information is visible according to your chosen visibility. Barter details and private chat are limited to the relevant participants and authorised administrators where needed for support, safety, or legal compliance. We use service providers such as hosting, authentication, storage, and email providers to operate the service.
Retention, choices, and children
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, disputes, security, and legal obligations. You can update profile details or request account deletion in the app. Private chat media is removed after a confirmed completed exchange.
